Service Description

This one-time session is required for all New Clients to insure the Client/Practitioner relationship is a good fit and the Client's individual needs will be addressed in the best possible way. The session is available as an in-person meeting or a virtual meeting via Zoom. We will briefly discuss your eating habits, medical history, spiritual/non-spiritual beliefs or wisdom tradition, social wellness, intellectual health, emotional wellness, and any stressors you may be experiencing; such as the home or work environmental factors, financial issues, or unresolved traumas. This, and all, consultations are confidential in nature and without judgement. This is a safe space for everyone. It will then be determined what services are right for you and establish a schedule. Note to New Clients: Welcome! I believe in transparency as a means to avoid confusion. I hold Certification in numerous Holistic Therapy modalities as well as a Bachelor's Degree, but I am not a medical doctor. Diagnosing medical conditions and prescribing medication of any kind, including cannabis, is outside my scope of practice. For everyone's safety, no prescription medications or illicit substances of any kind are kept on the premises. I expect everyone to act in a respectful manner so that this is a safe space for myself and all clients. As much as I love animals, none are allowed at the office (facility owner's decision, not mine). ADA compliance is required by law with regard to fully credentialed service animals. I welcome you with love, acceptance, and look forward to working together to find the right wellness solutions for the whole you!

Cancellation Policy

A great deal of preparation goes into getting ready for your session, including preparing the room for your visit or setting up a virtual meeting, meditation for the benefit of your wellness, and making sure your specific needs are met. If you are unable to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late for the scheduled session, your session will still end at the scheduled end time. This allows all clients to receive the highest quality service, reduces wait time between sessions, and generally helps everything run smoothly. Life is full of unexpected challenges, but please respect the level of effort your practitioner has put forth on your behalf. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and you have not rescheduled or cancelled, unfortunately, you will be charged for the full amount of your session fee. If this happens more than once, you may be asked to find a practitioner that better fits your needs and availability.
